We honor all careers on the Great Lakes - Lighthouse Keepers, Coastguard, Life Saving Personnel, Fisherman, Commercial Sailors of all ranks, Dock workers, Bridge-tenders, Lock attendants, ect.

  • A Picture of you (5 x 7 face shot, if possible)
  • If you were a licensed officer, we need a copy of your license (an old license will do).
  • Please return this form along with a check for $70.00 which covers the collage cost and a 1 year membership.
